So for tonight's movie, I bit the bullet and dove into my least favorite genre: anime. Specifically, the granddaddy of it all, Akira. I'll say this about it: If it had made any sense at all, it would have been one of the greatest movies I'd ever seen. It has put me in the mood to play some Stinkoman 20X6 though.

watch anything by Hayao Miyazaki. Do it. Kiki's Delivery Service is a really cute kid's movie which makes me all "aww" every time I see it. Nausicaa and the Valley of the Wind was a big geek favorite back in the early 90s. Princess Mononoke is okay, and one of his more mature pieces. If you run out of things and you're seeing anime, check it out.
