So, somewhere on one of these silly sites, probably FB, I commented as a part of contest entry a month or two ago. I think I signed up for a book reviews newsletter. And then I promptly forgot about it.

That is MAGNIFICENT that you won a signed copy! I hope you post more of your thoughts about the book; I'd love to hear what you think.

And I hope you do get out the art stuff. I love what you create and would be very glad to see more of it. :)

Thanks - I'll try to remember to do that. It's a short book, so it shouldn't take long to read. Assembling thoughts about it, however, is a different matter. ;)

Really? Thank you - I'm always kind of suprised when people say they like my stuff. I know it's cartoony and odd. I did do a couple of scribbles a few months ago - I put them at DA and Tumblr, but not here; I can put those up, at least.

Long story short - brother issues. I'll probably make another post about it soon under a friends filter. I know how it is being on and off LJ - I've been trying to make more of an effort to put stuff here. I love Tumblr, but I think it's gradually sapping my ability to string words together.
