So I'm going to Paris tomorrow to visit my aunt and uncle and I'm super excited, except I'm of course going by plane (I love that in Europe planes are often cheaper than trains) and I apparently suffer from some kind of airport-based PTSD. Like, some people get anxious at the idea of flying cuz the plane might go down or whatever but me? I'm ( Read more... )

Ahh! I love your icon! But yes, once I get through those 15 minutes of terror I'll practically skip my way onto the plane and then twirl around and burst into song when I arrive in Paris. (Not really. I would never do something so cruel as force the people of Paris to listen to my 'singing'.)

I'll post pictures when I can! :D

I will definitely take photos! I'll probably have a pic spam post of the cool stuff.

I think I'm a nervous person when I'm around stuff that's so highly regulated because I tend to let things slip my mind a lot or make silly mistakes. One of these days, when I'm obscenely rich, I'll just have a private jet. I'm also really nervous about time, so I always have to leave crazy early even though I know I'll spend several hours half-asleep and waiting. Can't accuse me of being late.

I've been travelling by myself for a while now. Since my parents lived in different states, I traveled between them a lot. I still prefer to travel with someone else, though. Just feels more secure. I'm not at all worried about the flight from London to Berlin because my dad and stepmom will be with me.

Thanks for the well-wishes ♥ The duck will be delicious.
