I have a blister on my toe from soccer this morning. On a separate, but related, subject, I think I'm going to go buy one of those 'compression' shirts to try wearing under my soccer kit. Oh, and Kristen's in Spain, let the missing begin...

Honey, what's a compression shirt?; it sounds painful. And sorry about your blisters-- we could be feet, twins, though. Stupid new sandals. ;)

Compression shirts are designed to keep your body warm or cool and keep your muscles from moving around too much (theoretically to keep the damage at bay).
