Bacon and chocolate

Most of the people reading this will know my love of the nitrate loaded pig treat that is Bacon. Our new Whole Paycheck which has this lovely and extremely dangerous chocolate bar. Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. Blocks, bites, smells...it's lovely. Willy Wonka would be proud. Now, I'm wandering by this quicksand of sin and spotted "Mo's Bacon Bar

Bacon and chocolate together is quite common at burn events, at least here in Texas. I remember having a bacon brownie once. It was interesting but I'm not sure I would want another.
