Sometimes, I feel in control. There are times when I can take my "to do" list, grab a random or important entry, set up, and fire it off in just a few hours. Then I'd be done to work on something else, or go out and enjoy life, or whatever it is kids do ( Read more... )

have you tried some sort of meditative practice? sometimes that will ease my mind when i go off to the gym alone, archery, shooting pool...

as someone who has had some similar, umm... issues... I may have a suggestion. The "Lack of Spark" (energy to do thing?) combined with your recent post about sleep issues, I strongly recommend a polysmnogram. Sleep is highly important, and apnea can be serious.

It's the kind of thing that seems to creep up over years, as you describe. Lack of O2 at night adding up over years is hard to notice, but can eventually add up to serious problems.
