I want to be in control of my life- meaning that I'm on a quest to start to learn to control my emotions and anxiety. Any helpful hints? What helps you make anxiety your bitch instead of the other way around?
I am an asshole with an undeserved inferiority complex and i don't know what to do with myself when I'm here. it's become painfully clear to me where my heart lies. and I want to be back in seattle before the break of dawn.
so, is it that things bop you in the nose all the time and you don't really notice, or do thing TRULY hit you in the face more often when you have a broken nose

oh my (insert deity of your choice here) I'm feel so much better now that I've gotten a little sun. I always forget how badly this time of year affects me. That is, until I spend a day in the sun shine and feel better about life.
