So, normally I don't see any real beauty in the area I live in. My breath is rarely taken away by what I wake up to everyday. Today was an exception. A huge lake dwells in the middle of the mojave desert, well, the part of the mojave desert I reside in. It's always dried up and consists of deathly chemicals, and reacts like dust if you walk in it.

when i first moved here the street were lined with bright yellow and red trees. Just today I noticed that all the leaves are gone, and what used to be vibrant now appears drab. Which probably explains my mood lately.

drab drab drab. you couldnt have chosen a better word to describe our obviously shared settings. maaaan. certainly not in hawaii anymore. the pastey brown look is slowly taking over my body. wait...wait....it settled in about a month ago. dammit.
