So, the doctor's office called me Friday. My visual test is A-OK, which rules out some of the nastier possibilities. They didn't tell me if the antibodies for Devic's were checked, but the visual test makes it much less likely to be an issue.

For now, looks like the diagnosis is Idiopathic Transverse Myelitis. Per my neurologist's recommendation, I

It's not self centered of you to worry about what really matters. Your health and your loved one's health are usually in the top 1 worries of your life.
