Another Hurdle Cleared

Last night we met again with the Board of Appeals and they approved the deck! Now there is a wait until they actually write it up, and then there is a 21 day waiting period in case anyone wants to appeal. Next week we meet with the Conservation Commission. I am hoping that is going to be easy

Actually from what I have seen had I not been on the water or near a wetland and if everything had been within setbacks I could have walked in and walked out with a permit on the same day.

I am glad to believe I would have nowhere near those problems.

What did you end up deciding to do with the deck / railing?
