We got to petsmart about 15 minutes after they opened, and they were just starting to set up for the adoption day. I saw one kitten in a cage, and quickly went over. I don't think Cinder would be unhappy you got another kitten so fast. I think it says you enjoyed your time with him so much, you couldn't bear to have no cats in your life for too long. In fact, Cinder might've lead you along a little bit, since you felt so drawn to her. :D
Or, maybe he's going for a gender change, or someone else a species change...? Either way, sounds like it was meant to be! <3
