yes! sometimes it drives me insane and i can't sit or lay still. i had a sample of medication but the warnings scared me away from it. i just get up and walk around and around and around. sometimes i feel like pamprin helps it. i think that's all in my head though. it is what it is. CRAZY LEGS!

It has to do with your blood circulation and iron levels. I get it in my arms when I take certain medications and it drives me out of my tree. Sean gets it from certain (different) meds as well. THis sounds totally stupid & no one knows why it works, and it doesn't work for everyone but it does help Sean & I....soap under your sheets.

wow! i love the soap under the sheets thing. i'm going to try that.

i know what you mean about circulation and iron levels. i've battled low iron for years. when my pica flares up i crave foods (mostly ice) that indicate low iron. i've been fine on my iron levels for about five years now but i still get rls symptoms. i just take something to knock me out so i sleep through them. :D

i don't think they know what causes rls but i've heard it's hereditary and since my mom had it i believe it. i think it's more common in women though so perhaps there is an iron connection. all i'm sure of is that it's WEIRD!
