That was not at all how I pictured it.

It was so much better there isn't a multiple large enough to multiply the win by to even come close to expressing the amount of win in this.

Uhura as his sister. Because holy fuck they so are.

Gaila at "his favorite color's green". That was so very much win.

And using the real scenes of his dad and his birth and the shuttle as the passenger seat and... *flails*

I admit, it did make me a bit twitchy the first time I watched it, but then I listened to the full song again and was like, "Uh, yeah, probably wouldn't have worked out with that."

And then I watched it about fifty billion more times, and it was all good from there. ;)

I loved this. Great timing and use of the lyrics

Particularly like the flashes of gaila on "His favorite color is green" and of George on "he has his father's eyes."

I will admit I was a little doubtful about the combo of Taylor Swift and Kirk/McCoy but you did an amazing job.
