Thanks for the kindness about Scott. I agree with all of it.
I'm not sure what kind of negative way you could have meant that in, but I think the appetite increase may be associated with quitting smoking. Maybe.. I'm not actually sure, though. I'm going to try out some fasting tea and see if that curbs my appetite.
