Yeah it was terrifying. I have three or four huge chapters to read about Neo-Classicism which is boring and Romanticism which is slightly less boring. Once we get to World War 2 I promise I'll start reading the book for real.
Yeah....sounds like you need to bribe yourself with something you like to get it done. Like for every chapter you read, you can talk to Manchester boy for an hour. Withhold something you like. I have to do that with ice cream.
Yeah, I couldn't give myself a popsicle until I finished France AND I delayed dinner with Charlie Gibson and World News Tonight (I can only "cook" to Charlie giving me the most depressing news of the day). So now that I'm done with France (I'm so ready to just skip to German romanticism because the English are rather boring during this time/too many names to remember)I can eat.
