Fran, I Have company in town and three thousand things going on. So anyhow, I"m going to read tomorrow if I can. Or Sunday. I didn't want you to think I"m ignoring you.
I made the time tonight. What a wonderful story. Blair was such a helpful, giving guide and Jim sure didn't know what to do with one like that did he? I really, really liked all the characters, whether they were good or bad. Excellent writing. As always, another story that I loved from you. My favorite part was the happy ending and the last two sentences. Thanks for the good read.
Kiki, I loved the two pieces of artwork. While the cover had everything to do with the story, the ending piece had to do with the last two sentences in the story. It was beautiful.
Excellent story, Fran! You've incorporated canon in a fresh new way and given us a very intriguing story. Great characterisations, and a great read! And I love the sudden, but yet so perfect, ending.
Kiki, your art work is gorgeous. Both quite different, but both full of emotion.
Great story, Fran. Really enjoyed the plot, and the sympathetic way you described the growing relationship between Jim and Blair. A soul bond indeed. Also really loved the gorgeous artwork, Kiki. Thank you both,
Wow, Fran. That was jam-packed with interesting original characters, great use of canon characters, lots of suspects that kept solving the case surprising and a few new twists on the sentinel/guides are known genre. Very inventive and enjoyable.
Kiki, lovely artwork that took in both sides of the story: the police case and the JIm/Blair relationship.
Thank you! The wonderful story gave me a lot to work with for the cover, I’m just glad that I was able to put it together in a coherent way for a cover, since I’m not used to make them.
As for the ending art, that was totally in my playfield, I sure enjoyed working with them. Thanks for your comment!
