I was in some serious pain on saturday. after work on friday i came home and watched tommy boy with V & B and then went to bed around one in the morning. so i wake up at like five in the morning and the lower left side of my back is in throbbing pain. i have never in my life experienced pain like i felt then. first i tried stretching hoping
