I have opposite feelings. I could walk with the sand beneath my feet after a thirty minute drive. Instead, I hunger for the big city like NY. I want the feel the rush of people around me. The excitement and even the stress of big city life.

I guess I really don't care where I end up, city or beach. I just like sitting in the passenger seat of a car. It's just movement, like it doesn't matter where you go, but how you get there and knowing that you're escaping and embarking on this adventure that's just beginning.

NY is perfect for the rush of people around you except when it's 90+ degree weather and you're trapped in a crowded subway car. Have you ever been there?
