Society judges success based on how much a person makes, and what their financial status is. This is so wrong, it is almost hard to write the truth of the matter. Mighty big statement. I was going to write some kind of objectivist vs. collectivist argument against this whole thing. But then I realized that as a lot of work. So I'll just put something meaningless in.
