Good Friday, Happy Saturday, Merry Sunday.
Good Friday is perhaps one of the most welcomed public holidays of the year for its one consistency: the fact that it unerringly falls on a Friday, thus giving everyone a merry three-day holiday.

Finished reading The Egyptologist today. Found it actually somewhat good in the way that some books can be, leaving me feel vaguely satisfied with none of the fears of being pretentious that some other choice reads might leave me.
