Bad Lil' John

Has anyone else noticed that Lil' John used the exact same beat on Usher's "Yeah" and Petey Pablo's "Freek-a-Leek"? If I was one of them I'd be pissed - maybe they don't really care so long as it's a hit, but it's ridiculous that two big single's released around the same time have the same beat. Also the synth sound he used is basically the same.

I noticed that...but I swear it seems like every song out right now shares the same beat as another song.

but I really really like freek a leak, I have like 4 different remixes, and they've been on repeat for the past week.
