yesterday i ate monstrous amounts of food (i go back and forth between feeling hella sicka and hella hungry)

Friday i finally explained to me mum about Taoism

this morning i am sitting with an aching shoulder, but a pleasant feeling

yeah..that sick-hungry thing is stupid. i was semi-sick a few days ago, and i would get like bloated or whatever, and it would hurt. and i think i would be hungry but i dont know if i wanna put any food in my belly. so then if i don't eat, i get hungry and the hunger makes it worse, but then i dont know the difference between hunger and the sickness pain. hungry or sick? i could never decide, until i just decided to keep eating, even if that meant throwing it up from being too full. crappy, tho.
