“Humans,” The dragon starts, his lilting voice brimming with meaning. “can never be truly free, young warlock.”

Aw! This seems so right for the show; a terrible moment when Merlin is imprisoned, lightened by the "draconic wisdom" and a rock in Merlin's bum!

I can so see this happening. Draconic wisdom at its most frustrating as far as Merlin is concerned, I'll bet. :)

Yes, it is most frustrating for Merlin. Like another case of "I know you're saying something profound but it doesn't help" kind of thing. Thanks for reading =)
