basically Fany will always be there to take care of Jessie , physically or mentally , always be there for Jessie either in her best or her worst , because she already decided to protect Jessie , her beloved one , no matter what , since Jessie's tears , fear , sadness , pain , makes Fany's heart shattered to pieces everytime the latter shows it or hide it .

because at the end Tiffany will always be there for her in any condition , because what could be more painful than to see the one you loved cries , yes ?
this story doesnt have many words , but it tells what the words u wrote doesn't tell , its sweet ..
