1. Spend some time with your pup.Peniel doesn't know if he's just overthinking it, or if Sungjae is starting to lose his sense of subtlety. It's not as if it was anything new, but he finds that the more time he spends with the maknae, the more he sees it radiating - this indescribable aura floating around the younger male

2. Let your pup get enough rest. It’s way past midnight, Peniel notes as he looks up at the clock above the television set. A quarter to three. He glances to the side and sees Sungjae yawning to himself, eyes blinking groggily as he tries to focus on the screen. Peniel is pretty sure the younger boy doesn’t even have a clue as to what’s going on anymore

3. Give plenty of attention to your pup.

"Hyuuuung ~" Sungjae whines as he insistently pokes Peniel on the side, badgering for some sort of response. "Play with me?"

"Ah why?" Peniel waves the other's hand away and tries to focus on the movie playing on the ipad. It was getting good and the last thing he needed right now was a distraction. Instead of getting the message, however, the ever so precious maknae was unrelenting in his conquest to obtain the dancer’s attention.

"But hyung, im bored." Sungjae sighs as he blows at his bangs, reverting back to his usual deep voice. Peniel inwardly praised himself, he was mentally prepared this time so using aegyo wasn't going to help the younger boy this round. His mental shield was impermeable and nothing was going to stop him from seeing James Bond kicking some evil butt and - "And..and I want to spend time with you," the maknae added as a second thought.

And, well, that effectively threw him off good.

4. Indulge your pup.

By now, Peniel is almost completely a hundred percent convinced.

It’s way too obvious not to be.

“Hyung, I made you some cookies filled with love ~” Sungjae sings cheerily as he waves a heart-shaped biscuit in his hand. “Made from my hearteu!” he grins as he says so in English and Peniel just snorts at his ridiculousness.

“Those are from the fans,” Peniel raised a brow, but he lets it slide anyways.

“Have a taste,” Sungjae lifts the cookie in front of his mouth and Peniel takes a willing bite, not missing the shy smile that makes its place on the other boy’s lips. “It is very delicious?”

Peniel looks him in the eye. “Very delicious.”

5. Love your pup.

“Hey,” Peniel starts, resting his chin on his arm as he stares at the boy in front of him. “Come here.”

“Hm?” Sungjae gets up from his seat and makes his way to his hyung, tilting his head questionably as he stands in front of the older boy. “What is it?”

Peniel ushers him closer with his finger and Sungjae instinctively follows his command - how cute - and without a word Peniel rests his hand on the back of the other boy’s neck as he pulls him into a light, adoring kiss
