Work sucks.
I have officially started the ball rolling on looking for a new job.

I think hating our jobs is a requirement for even having a job. But seriously. I have been here for over a year and a half and the leads (basically) refuse to train anyone in my department (8 of us). So it's like how do they expect any of us to advance or qualify for other positions if they don't doing THEIR effing job and train us?? I keep getting props on my numbers (how many emails I do, phone calls I take) and its like duh, of course my numbers are good I've had a year and a half to perfect what I do. o_0
