Today is effed.

Where to start?

How about the fact that I asked to come in early so I don't have to wait in the parking lot. And since I was 2 minutes late its called a tardy. And I was already in the red zone - I wasn't supposed to get anymore. So I could be fired today.
Basically what happened was I asked yesterday if I could come in at 7:45 ( ( Read more... )

:( That's really not good. Hopefully you can get things worked out with the bank. Maybe your boss will just have a meeting with you and things will work out fine. I know I posted that I quit my job, well part of the reason was that I was calling in so much and one of my friends gave me the heads up that they were going to fire me, so I took advance directive. Aaron's on call most of the time, and when he gets called out, he gets automatic overtime so it doesn't make sense for me to go to work when he would be making so much more than me... anyways, I'm rambling. Things will get better, they always do, it just takes time.

You are so right...yesterday was so up and down I wanted to burst. Things did get better, I'll probably post all about it later today. I'm glad you're not working anymore, I bet its nice to stay home with Oliver and prepare for the babeh ;)

You need some positive things to happen to you for the next few days - - next few weeks - next few months! Heck, the rest of the year!:->

Good luck!

I'm so sorry things are so rough in the financial department right now. I know it really sucks having all these things to pay for and not seeing any way to pay for it. Sometimes, it can seem pretty hopeless. I have no doubt that you and Lane and Kevin will get through it and you're definitely in my thoughts and prayers.

Money troubles are pretty much a part of being young and you actually have a lot more going on than the typical young adult. When I was your age I was single--and very much alone--no kids, not much of a life and lived in Army barracks. You do have a lot of positives in your life and are truly living which is worth more than all the money in the world.

And, as a supervisor, sometimes you just have to check the block and officially "talk" to an employee about lateness because that's the policy. I'd think if they wanted to fire you, you'd be gone already. Still, I' praying for the best and am confident things will work out for you.

*still more hugs*
