$4.00 for a gallon of gas means I'll be trading my car into a bike for my normal short trips. I will choose not to buy gas because I choose not to be jerked around on a chain I don't have to hold on to.

ahmen. that's what i'm going to do. I will start riding my bike, i'll enjoy the exercise. I just need to buy a water bottle holder for the bike.
