Last time I posted it was the thrid of the month, and the time had exact numbers as this post's, just jumbled up.

Convergys Canada, Contract was Time Warner Cable.
My bosses kept threatening to fire me during a hard time (I was having bad isseus with my father and had to leave for about four days, I told my boss that it was sudden but if I didn't someone was going to get hurt.) so...

Figured I'd get the jump on them.
I didn't need that bull.

I've worked for Convergys in the US myself a while back. . . a lot of bullshit for an only okay amount of cash. Good for you ma'am.

Good to see someone else from the Convergys lol. Where abouts were you stationed? They -say- that they're one of the best ones, but there were so many holes and it was soo a race to the top.

I'm just happy to get out - even if it means I'll be fucked for xmas, I'm going to make it up to everyone I wanted to give something to on their birthdays~

Everyone around here's been applying at Convergys. It's funny, because if they can't take the heat at this job, how the hell do they plan to take it there?

Apply at 7-Eleven. Less pay, but they treat their employees well and protect them from the nasty costumers.

Tell whoever's joining Convergys that as pretty as the pay is, it's a bullshit job that'll just drive you nuts when you finally get in there. They only seem nice until you're first month is done then they'll bitch about every little nit-pick possible thing you do till you're the perfect employee.

And if you're not they fuck you over.
HELL even if you are they fuck you over. Someone I know in that place is second best and they're not giving her her PERSONALIZED schedual she's supposed to be getting :\

Aww, no more Z at the call center. Not that I'd have ever gotten you. Our Time Warner Cable turned into Bright House Cable. I don't know if its a different company or a subsidiary, but everything is exactly the same as when it was called Time Warner. I always deal with the local office, anyway.

Hope you find something else, soon! Something interesting. Something exciting. I hear the post office pays well. :P

I dunno about you but when I had to talk to the "Local Offices" they'd officially play it as if I were the stupidest thing that walked the planet and tried to ask me shit I already new.

Well, the local office people who dealt with cable weren't intolerable. I did tell them up front I did all the crap I knew they'd ask me to try. They just sent someone out and every time it was something wrong with the cables outside.
