Just got done watching "Chopin: Desire for Love." Such a great movie. Suppose to be pretty accurate also and has a lot of famous virtuoso performers like I think it is Ashkenazy on piano and I know Yo Yo Ma does Cello. An no Pagels, not Impromptu!

I've noticed the movie on the shelf at Hastings and have considered checking it out, but I keep renting stinkers that my neighbors and I poke fun at instead.
Maybe this weekend, Dee and I will actually watch it.

A crazy lady told me once that I was a reincarnate of Abe Lincoln. I'd rather be a reincarnate of Shera.

No you're not! I AM THE REINCARNATION OF SHERA! ME, NOT YOU! ME!!!

The sound track is awesome in the movie, even if they added orchestration to most of Chopin's solo piano pieces. They removed the right hand bit of one of his noctrunes and replaced it with violin, which is very lovely. Or was it cello and violin with no piano? I don't remember...

I've read that it was originally in Polish but with how it looks they either did a very good job at dubbing it or it was originally in English and they did a bad job at syncronizing the sound with the mouth in some spots. I guess maybe I could learn to read lips and then learn Polish and figure it out.

Shera doesn't play the piano.
*blinks in disbelief

Hey, wait a minute. You are not Shera, because you play the piano like Chopin. Shera chops broccoli with her sword. She doesn't play piano.

Well, most people have to learn piano when they are a kid so maybe Shera did also, or perhaps I do when I am not out saving the world?

I got swords and I like broccoli.
