And here it is, the volcano that had Europe's flights grounded for quite a while, and intermittently continues doing so. Most pictures are from Reuters or AP - as per usual, credit and comments are welcomed but not strictly necessary. Enjoy?

I don't think a plug is going to work. Maybe we could tow Iceland south and stick it in the widest part of the Atlantic, where its ash cloud will no longer threaten our holidays...
