Hi there! Hopefully I'm not imposing - due to skulking through the Dawn-ficathon I chanced upon your neat entry.
So I just wanted to pop in and say that it was a really enjoyable piece of work. It was neat seeing Dawn and Connor interacting with a child - especially since both of them were once the youngest members of their respective groups. So it's interesting seeing them in a maternal/paternal role - usually they're on the opposite end of a mother/father dynamic.
I also liked the neat subtle touches. Like the Watcher family naming their child Quentin... since the head watcher is named 'Quentin Travers', I thought that was apropos. Oh - and it was neat how Connor still had some lingering rebellion against his father, even with the mind-wipe.
All-in-all, I really enjoyed this piece of work - it had a nice relaxing tone, as well as neat portrayals of the characters. Great work!

You aren't imposing at all! I'm glad you liked the story. Quentin was kind of named for Quentin Travers.
