Hmm...the more comments on this I read, the more I think Lindsey needs to follow Cordy back to L.A.! Thank you.

Oh, I wish you'd seen the shippiness! But the sentence If she hadn't been pretty sure he was evil, Cordy would have melted still made me very happy. :)

Your Cordelia is so perfectly IC I can almost hear her speak your lines. Right from the 'Skippy' at the beginning of the very, very cool AU premise through the 'groiny' which only she ever says to the run-on sentence of grudging left-handed compliments at the end, it was perfect dialogue from her. Lindsey came through less strongly, but there were some very good moments from him, starting with the Darla obsession.

skinning rats in the basement Ouch. Creepy as hell and very S3 Connor. I'm with the other commenters - I want more of this story!

I think a lot of people would be happy to skip St. Cordy, but I've not suffered through...uh, experienced it personally.

This is neat, especially the notion that the PTB and Senior Partners are actually the same. Fun story!

To me, the Partners/Powers connection was made pretty clear by the end of S4, where both seemed to be (at the least) working together to get Angel & co. into W&H. It's just one interpretation, but it's one I could see Lindsey buying.
