Hi,

I am new to this site, been on another one for the past year. But...I wanted to say reading your versions of Godric/Eric surpass anything that I have ever read. This is exactly how I could percieve them being in their past together. I absolutely adore the Godric/Eric connection. I loved it. You are truly talented!

Welcome, and thanks very much. For Godric/Eric stuff, lots of people post to Godriceric, True Blood Fic, and True Blood Slash... although nobody's posting much right now. Can't wait for the inspiration of season 3! (Where apparently Godric will appear in flashbacks.)

I'm assuming from your comment you've read some of my other fics, but just wanted to point out that my journal is pretty much just those two, with a couple of crossovers, if you're in the mood for a browse.

Thanks for the welcome. I have browsed a couple of your stories. They are excellent. You write Godric/Eric so very much as I could visualize them as being---had we not been robbed of him as we were. I am still beside myself over that one! Am anxious for the *flashback* episodes for certain.

I was writing on another fanfic site the past year, but many did not seem to care for my perception of Godric & Eric. If you are not 100% committed to the Eric/Sookie connection they can get quite hostile. Not that I have a problem with that hookup----I just see the connection between Godric & Eric as perfection. Long story short...I came here to find stories that brought Godric/Eric to life much more realistically than the wishy washy fiction many prefer. Hence, finding your postings....I am blown away. Thanks so much! There is hope yet!!! :)

Eric/Sookie is fine -- it's canon, I just don't want to read it. :) And if the fics are clear upfront -- this is Godric/Eric slash -- I don't see what the problem is. Also, as you've probably gathered, I don't much care about canon.

I lurked on here forever before I started writing, which is the main reason I left my journal public. Hopefully the LJ police don't come after me. I will say that in general the writing on here is of very high quality. If you want to read others' G/E fanfics, go back to True Blood Fic or Godric/Eric at their peak -- Aug/Sep. There is some really great writing on there.

I haven't finished reading the other series yet. (Only because RL for me has no downtime option at the moment). But man do I ever want to now! I love your Godric. Can he be my Godric, too?

My Godric doesn't bear much resemblance to the book Godric, who had a different background, was a throwaway character, and wasn't Eric's maker, either (just old and powerful. And a pedophile. Glad they changed that detail for the show.) In the show he's only around for 4(?) episodes? But that was all it took for me. OTP for sure. And yes, he's EVERYBODY'S Godric. My journal is full of G/E fiction, by the way.

We've missed you!

I'm glad you came back from sleeping, because this was WONDERFUL. This top!Godric was sinfully delightful. Ridiculously hot the way he so casually, calmly dominates Eric.. and I love that it's all Eric's fault. That part made me laugh/hot all at once. Very clever that Godric would end up with a bit of Eric in his blood both literally and figuratively.

Also, the fangs. My God, who knew dominance and teeth could be so damn hot?!

In short, lovely as always. Oh Godric..

Ahem. One of the delights of the fandom is thinking about new ways to be kinky: vampire-kinky. As I said upstairs somewhere, the thought of Godric making Eric keep his fangs in did strange, sick things to my psyche. And that was all the inspiration I needed to start another fic. Because I was worried that I was stuck. :(

Check back in around Feb. 14 -- I expect to have a Valentine's Day fic up, they're taking another vacation...

So, I was just telling Blocky how much I like this, and that I just wasn't able to write a comment that could express that. I've read this so many times, and each time I have the same problem: I can't make a coherent comment *facepalm*

Blissy! There you are! I was worried, young lady! And now you can never go away because that icon, omfg. Did you notice that I've left Eric's hair long? Of course you did. That's the hair Godric takes into his hand and pulls back on, gently, until Eric closes his eyes and submits.

I'm having a depressing spell, and it makes me amusingly happy to know that you've been reading this. Come on, cheer a girl up and make a stab at it. You like the hair? The Top!Godric? The fang-play?

Oh that's a lovely sight. Hobbit-Allan. I just PMed you. Also, how do I get in on the perv discussions with you and Blocky? We could get Blocky to torment us with vague hints about her Daddy porn, and I could blather on about Godric being a torturer until you were bored...

One of the many, many fun parts of G/E for me is inventing new kinks (when not writing about exiswting ones.) So the entire idea of "fang play" -- and Eric being forced to submit like that -- was this weirdly erotic thing. It was originally just a passing thing: Godric tells Eric to put his fangs away (which struck me as a very submissive thing to have to do.) But the whole scene took on an intense appeal for me the longer I wrote it.

Dude, what more foreplay does Eric need? I say take his hair down and you're good. I hope Godric fucks him until he's sweaty and his hair is tangled in knots.
