Okay, my first college TEST!  I'm excited.  I've got to study.  and a lot of reading to catch up on.  Ugh, I just picked up the VI book of The Dark Tower series by Stephen king, and I'm really really really excited to start it (and I got it for 5 dollars!! regularly 30) but I've already told myself I can't pick it up until I've gotten my school

I don't read books, because I don't like reading, but once I started reading "All Souls" it really grabed my eyes, and I want to finish it not because I have to, but because I would love to. "All Souls" is my first book ever to read.!!! In Egypt, my country, they don't give us reading assignments at all.!! Strange, righ?

I think if parents read with kids when they're young, they will grow up to enjoy it and appreciate it more. I've always loved reading, you just have to find books that interest you, or writers who have really great writing styles, you can help but be sucked in. You may like the book "Angela's Ashes" it's similar to All souls (i think, i haven' read too much of it yet). but it's set in Ireland and it's just about a poor catholic boy growing up. I really liked it, and I think I like the fact that the author wrote with an accent so you could really hear the irish. I wish this guy wrote with the boston accent becuase I think it would make it all seem a little different. anyway, cool i'm glad you're enjoying the reading and i do think that is odd that you don't have reading in Egypt. Do they just not encourage reading or are there not a lot of books? I know nothing of Egypt!
