Eesh, sorry for the delay on this. I read it a few days ago and got sidetracked by someone's Agent Carter fic ;).
Chloe hadn’t anticipated seeing him doing a handstand first thing in the morning, but she supposed that everyone had hobbies. I don't know why this made me giggle so much, but it did.
"Please tell me he's not paying you." Hahaha Lois. Nice callback to last's chapter's "Proposition" discussion and the absurdity of the cover-up. Hee.
I love how much you use Victor in your stories. He was such a great character and it's a shame we didn't get to see more of him on the show. I know BQM wouldn't use him in the comics because of Lee Thompson Young's passing, but I really missed him there.
Enjoyed the introduction to the base of operations and the innerworkings of the League and so strange to see it through Chloe's eyes. It gives the Watchtower a bit of a fresh spin. "Watchtower online." Oh. Yeah. Always love that

Well, considering this was supposed to be up a week before it was posted, I think I can forgive you for the delay.
Actually, I chuckled when I wrote that line. Great minds, I guess.
I love characters with technical expertise on shows. I don't know why, but I always find them well-written. Honestly, I always found Victor was under-appreciated, even in fics, so I liked giving him a bigger role (and an accidental love interest). LTY's passing wrecked me, which feels wrong on so many levels, but it did.
Ha, I couldn't not have Watchtower online, but I thought it would be neat to explore that idea. Glad you thought so too.
:) Good to know that works for you. I much prefer having quicker updates so I don't edit the same stuff. Then again, my new Agent Carter one-shot will distract me for a bit...
Love the AU aspects of thoe fic. The utilization of the JLA always makes me smile. I like your inclusion of Hal in the fic. I like the interaction with Oliver and Chloe. Will we see him more? I can't wait to see how the press influence their relationship. Looking forward to the bi-monthly updates.
Thanks! I'm glad that you're enjoying the AU elements of this. To be honest, Hal's more of a secondary/tertiary character in this, but considering that I'm messing with my ending, the amount of his involvement may change. He'll be around though.
