A very important question.

An incredibly important question. (And my first poll, that's a plus account... plus.) Because I am now submitting to the Wisdom of the Crowd a question I've been pondering for the better part of a month.

I'm voting for the blind unicorn, but because I don't have a livejournal account it's not letting me.

The way I see it (no pun intended), the blind unicorn has spent his whole life heightening his other senses to make up for the lack of sight, and the robotic Abraham Lincoln is incredibly depressed because he thinks it's his destiny to eventually be shot in the head and die tragically like his historic counterpart. He subconsciously wants the unicorn to win because he feels that in a way, he'd be cheating fate.

I think you win best explanation, right ahead of the girl in my math class who mentioned Abe Lincoln was a pacifist.

Ouch, I didn't realize non-LJers couldn't vote. I'll still count your vote---it is now TIED, once again.

I would be rooting for the blind unicorn, but I think robotic Abe has the edge due to pure robotic viciousness.

It's possible. Robots are sneaky.
*is unbiased*
On the other hand, unicorns have magic. But are blind.
See, this is why I can't decide. And had to make a pole.

I am rather appalled that the robotic Abraham Lincoln is winning. Unicorns have pointy horns on their head. If that animal doesn't know where it is and starts to sway crazily there will be no escaping. Plus, John Willkes Smith Boothe would drop from somewhere and take out the robot Abe before anyone or the blind unicorn could blink. *is not watching I, Robot* Which brings us to another, equally important, question. Do blind unicorns blink?

That is an excellent point. I wonder...

Ah, yes, the traditional IT'S GOT A FRIKKIN SWORD ON IT'S HEAD argument. It is a compelling reason. Just ask Holly Black.

The question alone is telling. Sounds like the Larbalastier/Black debate...

Nuke 'em from orbit. It's the only way to be sure. ;-)

Indeed. (And I'm working on a psychological profile for each answer.)

You never know...mutant unicorns could be a scary thing to behold.
