I am not a smoker, never have really been, other than the little experimenting I did way back in the 80's, but I hear you can sort of curb the urges with chewing gum, eating, masterbating or breastfeeding, take your pick.

Good luck with this, and if you can kick it, make your brother, David, kick it as well....after all, he blames you for getting him started...

I'm in favor of breast feeding....I just don't know any women willing to take the vitamins that will make them lactate. *sigh*

maybe just give it a try, it doesn't have to be really working, just fun to try and fail, over and over and over....
