I wanted to take this time to thank all of you that expressed positive encouragement for my endeavor to stop smoking. It really helps to have friends who care. Thank you all.

If you stick to a schedule of once in the morning, once at noon, once before bed, and once during the night, you will never be hungry again, and you might even quit smoking....or you could just masterbate a lot more than you usually do, and that might help...or chew gum.

The most important thing is that you want to quit Jeremy. If you don't REALLY want to quit then you can't do it.
