Anne's books have been with me for half of my life and are still my favorite vampire books. Even if I didn't like the books from Merrick onwards, it is indisputable that the VC will forever have a special place in my heart. I love my Vampires, no matter what.

I hope that her energy is with her daughter and husband now. I feel so sad for Christopher but I know he’s strong
