I agree with the above comment, and I totally understand your reasons for not telling details -- unless you want to tell them because that will help YOU, it is entirely your right and entirely healthy to keep them to yourself.
If I upset you by making that suggestion, I'm sorry. I was just trying to think of something different you could do to help yourself. I was thinking about all the things you were listing that you've done and how they each really haven't changed your life, and I kept thinking of the ol' "it helps to talk about it".
So yes, if you don't want to talk about it, don't. Clearly there is nothing I can do to help you so I will refrain from making stupid suggestions in the future. Take care.
Sarah, please don't stop making suggestions - this wasn't intended to call you out in any way. You brought up a good question - why am I never specific - that I felt important to address with all my readers. I value your input - if I didn't, I wouldn't have responded to you at all. The suggestions you had weren't dumb or stupid - they just don't work for me at the present time, that's all.
