I'm just so tired of it all. I can't sleep at night. I can't wake up at a decent hour. I haven't shaved in many weeks, and sometimes I find myself going through entire days having only spoken one, maybe two full sentences aloud.

It's almost as if I'm a bystander bearing witness to my own slow demise.
