don't know why exactly (could be because of lack of sleep) but when I read about the Doctor saying

I was thinking it could have been a worse way to go...he could have tripped over a brick.

very nicely done and a good fix it is not often we hear the 10th Doctor curse so that sentence was just brilliant.
