(no subject)
I have to have a smart navy outfit for a family portrait. I have no money for new clothes, so am going to just dye my graduation top which was white but is now an off-blue and won't get any lighter :(
Went to website to try and work out which dye to get. Am confused. It says
2. Wearing rubber gloves, empty dye into dry drum
(not soap dispenser or dispenser ball).
What the hell is a dry drum? It also sounds like I have to wash the top about 20 times before I can wear it!!
It's 100% cotton, does anyone know if machine dye is the best/easiest to use, or should I buy one of the 8742324 other Dylon products?
I can't believe I have to wear navy. I could have ended up with a fantastic purple gypsy top or something :( Stupid photo.
I also need some of that cling film that you put over windows when you can't afford double glazing.. could I get that in B&Q? :P What is it called? I am so useless at being a housewife.
Christmas cards WILL be sent out tonight, all except lacuna unless she gets her home address to me by the time it gets dark! (come on woman :P)
