Do you have the turkey yet? We got a Bernard Matthews one and it was totally feather free but unfortunately not giblet and neck free :( It wasnt self basting either but that wasn't as bad as I expected! I still have enough for 2 large sarnies left.. thnak god my parents don't do turkey at Xmas or I'd be bloody sick of the stuff!! (the cats are happy with me as you can imagine)

Not yet, apparently Coddy's Mummy gets given it from someone she works for every year....so we're having a Cornish turkey!!!!
