I think you need to have more courage about who you are, and be more confident that everything will turn out okay - it will, because you're intelligent, you're capable, you're great and everybody knows it.

i think you cool. you shouldn't worry so much about weight and whether or not you're being everything you could be all the time. just take each day as it comes... you seem to have got the nice stable relationship thing sorted... which is more than a lot of us...
