went to my latest doc's appointment last wed the 1st. everything is still good, and since I've hit the 30 week mark that means my midwife is going to want to see me every two weeks until the day he's born

women seem to have this automatic primitive thought that they need to eat much more than they usually do when they get pregnant....thats why so many of them gain so much weight...because they're eatting more than they need to... honestly the best way to go about it is to break up your meals to 5 times a day.....one or two large healthy meals, then snack through out the day....little bits and stuff like fruit, veggies, or crackers...it works trust me ^^

When my Mom was pregnant with me, she started at 110 lbs. and around the time she was to give birth to me, she weighed 154 lbs.
