30.5 week update

went to my latest doc's appointment last wed the 1st. everything is still good, and since I've hit the 30 week mark that means my midwife is going to want to see me every two weeks until the day he's born ( Read more... )

So I see, so if you start off with some meat on your bones you don't have to scarf down twice as much at every meal.

exactly, you may be eatting for two but you dont have to look like it 9 months after the baby is born =P

Less than 2 months to go ^_^

When my Mom was pregnant with me, she started at 110 lbs. and around the time she was to give birth to me, she weighed 154 lbs.

women seem to have this automatic primitive thought that they need to eat much more than they usually do when they get pregnant....thats why so many of them gain so much weight...because they're eatting more than they need to... honestly the best way to go about it is to break up your meals to 5 times a day.....one or two large healthy meals, then snack through out the day....little bits and stuff like fruit, veggies, or crackers...it works trust me ^^
