My first adventures into the NC-17 stuff happened on a het roleplay with a friend. And you know, that was awkward and weird for awhile, but I got used to writing it.

And when I wrote my first Ror/Dan NC-17 fic, it took me like 2 days to get through the sex stuff. I had to look at other people's fics to get an idea of what I could put or what I should write, plus for some of it, I looked at my het roleplay to get ideas XD

But now I can just churn it out, since I've gotten used to it.

I have a hard time with pronouns. Luckily I never lose track of which 'he' I'm referring to, but that doesn't mean my readers wont. At least with het it's not quite as hard to keep up with who 'he' is and who 'she' is. I likewise have a hard time with repeating phrases, especially since all the slash I've written is for a long winded story, so I especially don't want to repeat myself. Alas, I'm pretty damn new to this myself, so I don't really have any advice to give except to keep working at it I guess. *shrugs*
