[Blaine's PCD turns on when he's walking outside into the newly created beach.  He's got some blue swim trunks on and some sunglasses.  He seems to be enjoying the weather, due to the fact that it's has been winter in AD and he lives normally in Ohio, not really known for its beaches.]
