wow, two jobs must be really busy. that's a heckuva lot of work.

also, when you said roll-ups, the first thing that came to mind for some reason were fruit roll-ups. I had a lovely picture of you making fruit roll-ups with all those little kids in that factory that's in all of their commercials.
